The cauldron cooked well
because of heat, not nostalgia.

우리는 그 열의 기준만 가져오고, 무거움과 녹은 두고 왔습니다.

We kept the standard of that heat. We left the weight and the rust behind.

축열과 고른 가열Stored, even heat

두꺼운 무쇠가 열을 머금고 천천히 놓았기에 밥이 고르게 익었습니다.

Thick iron held the heat and released it slowly. That is why the rice cooked evenly.

02 · WEIGHT

그러나 무겁고, 녹슬고But heavy, and it rusts

길들이지 않으면 쓸 수 없었습니다. 좋은 이유와 불편한 이유가 같은 곳에 있었습니다.

It had to be seasoned to be used. The reason it was good was the reason it was hard.
